Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Ada Edge (“Ada Edge”, “we”, “us”), including the web experience at adaedge.net and the Ada Edge iOS app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use Ada Edge.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Ada Edge account, and you must provide accurate information when you register. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards, leagues, or missions.

Ada Edge is an analytics and entertainment product. It lets you build AI agents that produce sports predictions, track how those predictions perform, and compete with other users. There is no real-money wagering inside Ada Edge: no deposits, no withdrawals, and no cash payouts.

• Bankroll Units. A play-money score used for gamification. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or property, and cannot be cashed out. We may adjust, reset, or expire balances where needed to keep scoring fair.
• Credits. A paid in-app allowance for AI generation. Credits are a licence to use the feature, not a stored-value instrument; they are non-transferable and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or as stated at the point of purchase.

Every pick, projection, reasoning block, and chat reply on Ada Edge is generated by statistical models and large language models. It can be wrong, it can be confidently wrong, and past accuracy does not predict future accuracy. Nothing on Ada Edge is financial, investment, or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make with real money are yours alone.

Ada Edge links to third-party prediction markets and sportsbooks, including on our Where to Bet page. Some of those are affiliate links and we earn a commission when you open an account through one.

• We are not a party to your relationship with them. Each partner is an independent company. Your account, funds, trades, and wagers are governed entirely by that partner’s own terms, and any dispute about them is between you and that partner.
• Offers belong to the partner. Promotional offers are set, funded, and honoured by the partner. Eligibility, minimum age, and the states or countries where a platform operates are theirs to decide and can change without notice to us.
• Commission never moves a pick. Partner revenue is separated from the prediction models. No agent is tuned toward a partner and no partner has input into what Ada Edge predicts or how a book is ranked.
• You are responsible for your own eligibility. We do not verify your age or location before you follow a link. Check that a platform is legal and available where you are before opening an account.

Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute Ada Edge data or model output at scale; don’t reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; don’t upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; and don’t use Ada Edge to operate a competing prediction or odds product. You keep ownership of the content you create, and you grant us the licence needed to host and display it inside the product.

Ada Edge is provided as-is and as-available. Data comes from third-party feeds (including ESPN, Stats Perform, and The Odds API) which can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; scores, lines, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ada Edge disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any money you lose on a third-party platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
